NYC

New York City is amazing!  I just returned from another trip to the Big Apple with my family and I must tell you that I truly love the beauty of the city.  This trip was a bit more 'action packed' than last year, so I feel like I may need a mini-vaca from the vacation!  We were able to take the children to the Statue of Liberty, the top of the Empire State Building and visited China Town, Little Italy, SoHo, Greenwich Village, 5th Avenue, Wall Street and of course where the Twin Towers were located.  We had a great time exploring Central Park too.  We let the kids enjoy the playgrounds and even watched a bunch of "old kids" play a softball game!  My daughter's favorite sites were the spots where they filmed Disney's movie Enchanted.  She loved visiting Bethesda Terrace (fountain) and since we stayed in Times Square she was constantly on the look out for Giselle and Prince Edward.  My son loves NYC and went to another Yankees game with my husband.  All in all we had a wonderful time.  We were able to share the experience with my sisters and their families too which made it quite special.
